It is a nice way to use scraps and create little gifts for friends to make exclusive whit a few details as a button or a cute cat.
I prefer to use bright colour fabrics. The seam allowance is included in the templates but for the smaller size follow the inner line.

Cut and join the pieces for the front and the back of the home...
Quilt with fantasy and add door and windows or other nice details...
A small piece of fabric in the middle of the roof will be a chimney...
Join the front and the back and fill with scrap of batting....
