Same Pattern

Just to check the pattern ... I made another using Japanese fabrics.

                                                 Result totally different but still cute.

Japanese Hexies

Yesterday (raining Sunday) I made 54  half  inch  hexies with some beautiful Japanese fabrics.

And now I'm sewing them together...

...they will become a purse!

I finished to quilt the little Japanese houses.

Appliquè

To work with the Japanese appliquè technique is , at the moment , that I love most.

Dusty colors , little pieces , easy shapes...and the houses are always a beautiful subject.

 

 

I'm working on a little "something" (maybe a wall quilt maybe a cushion) ...

but , as you know , the fun is the journey not the destination.
