I love HUMMUS.
Some days ago I read on Debby blog that she followed the suggestion to peel the chickpeas to made it.
Today (Sunday with a bit more of time to spend) I wanted to follow the same way.
To peel the chickpeas is easy and speedy and the hummus will be the creamiest you can eat!
Oh yummy! I've been thinking about making hummus again too!
