FMF Freaks and Back to Patch

I love all the Denyse Schmidt fabric collections, but the Flea Market Fancy is special for me. Fresh colors, lovely prints and good quality of cotton. I discovered it when it was already not easy to find so I will be really happy if I could have a new chance to add it to my stash.

The hot August days have taken me far away to patchwork but now is time to come back.

Many started projects are waiting for me on my work table and on my design wall!

The lightning of life

My sweety baby is going well...I'm happy to can say that.

She has needed one whole month to come out througt the tunnel of ache and depression where she was slipped after the accident.

But during the last three days I could see the lightning of life to sparkle again in her sweet eyes.

She has put on some weight and her fur is more shiny.

The photo shows how we were and how , I hope , we will be again.

I miss it.

The birthdays of my friends are all between the end of July and the end of August....

....so we have met to celebrate with a gorgeous cake and a lot of pink candles....

....but we have one birthday still to celebrate....
